stuck on login access to game... =/

hi,
i did renew subscription 30 mins ago,

Then i put my game login and game password in... but it still said account or password incorrect..??! i did check everything eg Cap lock..

still not workin' =s

do i have to wait 24 hours to play after i renew the subscription or what?? =(

Idunno really. I renewed my account (which has been inactive for about a year) today, getting cold outside and I thought it a good idea to see what has happened since I left ^_^

I can't say I've seen anything about a waiting period or anything (it shouldn't be any unless there's some manual labour involved in the process, which I doubt)

I understand there has been trouble this past week. However, since I managed to renew and so, I thought that maybe my game password was also changed, so I got myself a new game password, which gave me the same result.

So, any info would be apreciated, I was looking forward to see if any in my old guild was o/l =)

now, this is funny... I seem to recall that rightnow and the game uses the same login. However, since I couldn't log in to rightnow with that info, I requested the psw from rightnow, which was a password I have never seen before. Of course, this password din't work for the game either. (was the same login name as the game tho)...

oh, seems I got the US patch.dat (now, I do think that should have been on the US cd and not on my EU cd. but of course, I am wrong and goa right... doh.

oh, guess I forgot to say that changing the patch.dat to the correct url's fixed the problem. also noticed there's a sticky about it in this forum.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat, updated this morning, and now it claims my password is incorrect. :|
