Oh dear - this isnt a very wise move:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-18595023

"A company that sues shoplifters on behalf of retailers has accused a Citizens Advice Bureau official of organising a campaign of harassment against it.

The firm, Retail Loss Prevention (RLP), has also threatened legal action against several consumer websites because of comments on their forums."

This is a company that threatens to sue in the civil courts people who have been accused of shoplifting or employee theft if they dont pay for 'costs'.

They have even tried to get a legal firm that tested one of their cases in court (RLP lost) to remove its case report from the net:

This racket only exists because of the ridiculous situation in UK law that requires a lower burden of proof for civil actions than criminal ones.

Aren't Schillings the outfit that does all the super-injunctions for philandering footballers? Obviously not big fans of free speech...
