This is just fucking weird.
My G5 keeps mousewheelup on perma which is fucking annoying so I switched over to an intellimouse and same thing! Obviously not a mouse specific problem - any ideas what the shitery I'm up against?

Yah I've tried the latest drivers and setpoint as well as the firmware upgrade ( which for some reason wont apply ).

Yup, tried that and no luck.
Its not a new mouse I've been using it for a few months.

As I say its also happening with my spare microsoft mouse.

Daft question but how do you know it's the mouse wheel?

Could it be that the 'page up' button on your keyboard is semen jammed?

How are you connecting it - PS2 or USB?

Does it do the same if the mouse is unplugged?

The new version of intellipoint would'nt install with logitech setpoint for me installed, they conflict. Try uninstalling one of them?
