Some of you may remember Roo/Oro posted a selection of short stories in the now dusty and full of cobwebs Daoc Creative Section.
Inspired with the recent thread on fantasy novels and with Roo's permission I have complied the 5 short stories he posted into word files with the story taken from the original threads.
1) The Elf, The Troll And The Wardrobe
2) Oh Brother Troll, Where Art Thou!
3) Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Vendo
4) The Dear Hunter
5) The Wild Geas!
They were brilliant little daoc inspired stories with hilarious characters such as Ham Fisted. You can download them at the link below to save and print out and read as you wish! I did this so they would not be lost on the forums forever and for Roo to dissapear.

I never did get around to finishing the final story, even though the plot was pretty much finalised right to the end.
I should really stop being a lazy Roo some time and get on with it

The forest gradually gave way to rolling hills. Kingal still moved cautiously, eyes darting all around. He sniffed the air and frowned. Trolls. How they thought they could sneak up on anyone he did not know. Wrinkling his nose in disgust he decided he'd bear more east. He had a feeling there were more than a few of them. Avoidance was also part of a ranger's skills. The change in direction took him off his usual routes, giving him a wider berth of the troll... what? patrol? raiding party? Who knew, he would have to leave it for now anyway.
