With Summ SM it is easy but drop rate is bad so you might have to do it several times. With no summ SM it takes a good melee based group/groups to do it.

Thats the Atlantis Tablet. The Stone of Atlantis is a different artifact and can be found in a setain fort in Sytgian Delta. I have done Stone of Atlantis on my runie.

You first need to get mau faction then talk to Pedibastet and he will give you a quest to collect setain ears. I found that the easiest to kill mobs that dropped the ears were the desert scouts. They are only orange con and don't run into combat so very easy for any caster to kill. Once you return ears you get the golden tuning fork.

The actual encounter in the setian fort will probably require a fg (we did with 7 + 2bots). You have to clear the whole of the setian fort of mobs and there are alot outside that agro through. Fortunately they have an extremely long respawn time so if you are careful you can pull the whole village slowly and safely.

When you pull/agro the keeper of the stone all the setians in the village will agro you. First time we did this we got about 20 red cons on us and wiped but we had time to res up kill a few more mobs and then when we agro the keeper again there were only 8 or so mobs left and a supp sm pbaoe+warrior guard killed them all.

The keeper isn't that tough (he is a caster) and he also like to turn invisible and port away from you and then send bolts/lightning at you. This means that you do get small rests. You will need to keep a pet on him so that you can follow him while invisible but he should go down slowly.

Make sure you have a couple of healers+FoP and buffs but then the rest of the group can be any mix of casters or tanks. A pbaoe will certainly speed things up though!

Did that enc by mistake with a dark rm, a supp sm, a zerk and a bb when we were farming mau faction/exped nailahs robes back in the good (?) old days when nailahs exped on setians only.

If you're careful to not aggro too many of the setians in the village, it shouldn't be a problem for you and a couple of friends to do.

Remember that those who need this artifact need to get the Golden Tuning Fork, before raid. If Mythic hasent changed SubQuest so you can do it more than once, if you use fork and then lose artifact youre screwed.
Fork is none trade, so you might wan't to do a /random 100 for artifact at the begining of raid where only those with Fork may roll, this to make sure correct person use his/her fork.

Ofc the above only apply if you do a FFA.
