Stolen History Quest - problems starting

Hiya all,

I am wanting to get the Stolen History Quest done for the Melos Knotted Pearl Necklace reward but Beren won't speak to me to start the quest.

I have obtained Nuetral faction with the Melos (still at agressive to Skyros and Naxos).

Any advice on what I can do here? Is there a pre-quest I have to have done first?

Starting NPC: Belen in Meso at 35k 42k in Melos Territory, good/neutral Melos faction required

Level Requirement: 45? and completion of the Love of a Nereid quest.
