have some pics and a small clip taken by some punter on location where the Topgear crew were filiming, and he seems ot have captured images and video of the STIG with out his Helmet on.

I read in the paper today that there have been quite a few Stigs. Aparantly the latest one is Ben Collins a former racer and stunt diver and he is one of four Stigs. He may lose his job now that the press have found out he is a Stig...

The first Stig was aparantly stunt driver Perry McCarthy but was fired due to him revealing this fact in his autobiography.

Ben Collins did some stunt driving in Quantum of Solace.

Also the paper said that Damon Hill and Russ Swift used to be the Stig.

jup, I know you are old, so this may be hard for you to understand. What Clarkson did, was copy and paste the blog entry by Andy Willman, and credit him for it at the bottom of the entry. Modern technology allows this quite easily.
