The last wheel Thrustmaster made that was worth using was about 12 years ago. Everything of theirs modern is cheap tack that you'll often find for half the price with a different badge on like Genius or Trust.

I tried that recently with a friend looking to buy either a G27 or that. He walked away with a £20 driving force pro instead because it felt better than the gustmaster and couldn't see the point of the G27 (despite my pleading with him). It does feel and handle like a crock of shit. My comparison for all wheels goes back to the Logitech Wingman Formula Force - and the Gustmaster compared to that feels like a real playstation 1 special with some added (and cheap) metal glued on top.
Funny because every review I've found for it written by the sim racing nerd crowd seems to rate it extremely positively and only beaten perhaps ( preference ) by the similarly priced fanatecs.
I got the Logitech G27 for GT5, works great.
4 or 5 of the buttons don't do anything, but everything else works perfectly.
I don't bother using the clutch, more trouble than it's worth.
