With NF knocking at the european door, I already started wondering where to invest my hardly earned points.
Static Tempest sounds like a nice RA to have but is it worth it? I havent found a "live experience"-report from a Champ on the US-servers yet so I was wondering if any of you could date me up on this. It sure sounds nice in the describtion
