Aye, it's not that much wow like(except that the desert pictures and such look similar in SETTING), more towards guildwars.

But, i have to say, even if i'm an avidwaiter and long time fan...graphics mean nothing in MMOs...generally speaking. If gameplay, classes, balance, "questing", etc etc is from the poohole, then graphics mean...nothing.

Aye, for some it actually is, and have to say, even if it's not first, it's the "best". All rounding mmo general description speaking(leaving out innovative cr*p and such).

but World of Analcraft was the first game to ever bring a community together, it had never been done before with superior graphics and all the combat styles and spells were different, and when the expansion came out we had 10 more levels to Grind and all that reputation to get again IT WAS SO MUCH FUN..

But lets say there is a new game coming out with lots of orcs. Then all the WoW:ers will say "old wow had orcs!!!, come up with something new!". Without even reflecting of all the mmo's before WoW that had orcs.

i guess for many, wow was the first (and might well be the last) MMOG, and therefore WoW is the be all and end all of MMOG innovation.
