yea. think its just Stardrop that is a standard item with +Buffbonus.

ur best bet is to search the ME for items with names that has keywords of

briny
coral
leaf

that's for hib, dunno if they have different prefix/suffix in alb/mid. You'll get many results but yeah you'll get some non-gem items with +11/12% buff bonus +11/12 duration. which is kinda neat coupled with Preserved Croc Eye's 1 min recharge timer.
