Stable Honing Arcanium Tincture
Bug: Currently the effect is set as an 11dps Damage Add. However when used the effect does not add any damage per swing at all.
Update: This is fixed in the 1.60a patch on the US servers
Now hopefully we see it fixed a little earlier in EU, since the 1k skill potions were fixed in the EU and are still broken in the US
