- Increased the buff spells for both Hunters and Rangers to bring them more inline with those available from buffing classes. Hunter’s Frenzied Spirit and Heart of the Lynx lines have been adjusted upwards, as has Ranger’s Sharpened Senses line.

Ranger after 1.69 has to say :

i actually hit 400 dex today, im 50 +17 bow, falcon's eye 5.... i can self buff to 348 dex with my stardrop and buffing staff, weaponskill over 2k too hehe, i dont think archers need a nerf in general, maybe just me from the ranger side, but not all archers, this patch was a good thing imo.

would be interesting to know the new delve values, my ranger is also a self-buff gimp =) only Falcon's Eye 2 atm, though but who cares while shooting some random mob (for insane amounts of dmg btw )

Imo; why spec in PF if you can still have the druidbuffs from BB ? Considering you dont even have all 7 buffs available with selfbuffs.
Why waste the points that can be put in melee in PF ?

And tbh, if you know enough ppl or ask around, felow stealthers are always kind enough to give buffs from BB's and always plenty around

that said....I'm off lvling those damn artifacts
