Mids regularly do it when they lose df. You can find whole groups of them there if you stroll up their side after they have lost df.

Yeah I've noticed that Bracken, albs do it to. But there's another method, the old duel/rez technique, the legalities of that are a little less clear. But I think this one is a nice clean cut example of bug abuse at it's purest.
