Spirit weak mobs!

Can someone pls tell me or post a link here bout the spirit weak mob guide, there was one here before i think but i cant find it now when i need it

Caldey has the most spirit weak resistant mobs in albion and has huge camp bonuses along with nice item drops.

I'm currently levelling my necro at the moment. Gone from lvl 10 to 30 in the last 5 days.

Level 24-26 Grey Ghosts
Level 27-29 Legionaires at catacombs entrance
Level 30-32 Dunters

I'll probably go onto Danoin Clerks next, as they're a nice confined and easly controlled camps, as opposed to the more random nature of things like undead gangers in avalon. After that, I reckon I'll be in the barrows.

I think I dead grey ghosts till about lvl 27 then I went to lyonesse to do undead monks, great spot where you can los abuse xp ;o

I thought undead monks were in Llyn Barfog?
