There is no doubt in my mind that there are alb spies in Mid, if they continue to give alb intelligence on our actions then how the fuck are we ever gonna get some relics back!... and dont say you had scouts in hadrians wall that by chance spotted us because that is complete bullshit

If that were the case my guys wouldnt be killing 16 - 24 peeps at ellyls every day. And taking Ren or Birk pretty much when we feel like it. (BTW what level were those Birk doors today?)

However, I would hazard a guess that the relic crew were scouted rather than spied. There are ways of getting 60 peeps down to Excal undetected (as those of you who know my methods can testify to), BUT find me Middies of high level with the patience required (and we are talking a possible 3-4 hours inactivity waiting for the right opportunity) and I may assist. The problem is usually those who cant sit still for more than 10 minutes due to impatience.

We will never be able to provide concrete proof that there are individuals sad/stupid enough to leach back to the Alb scum and blurt out our Relic raid plans (although I've lost count of the number of times I've been messaged in game asking me to stop killing their Alb character, so draw your own conclusions from that).

As for these so called strategically placed 'high level stealthers in hadrian's 24/7', well that's a load of bollocks quite frankly. Who in their right mind would wait around Hadrian's 24/7 to keep tabs on the remote possibility of any Mids moving through? You're trying to tell me a high level Alb stealther would rather do this than be in Emain or Uppland? Come off it ¥ØÐÄ.

Anyway, even though our Relics cupboard is empty, there are certain Guilds that will continue to gank and farm rlm pts around Forest Sauvage in a continual attempt to bring out more paranoid Albs desperatly running to check their Relics are safe.

Helm Elb, Myrrdin is not easy to get to, takes loads of times, then rather go to hadrians and try to cut u off, that is why. Well as said, maybe it isnt a person that have dual accounts, but maybe he has a friend playing that are rather large mouth or happen to glimped at his screen at the right moment

Well shit happens, just swallow it and try again (as we albs do even if we fail at the attempts to take back Renaris)

And just an add, Killgorde how much damn wood do u and your men carry to Renaris, last time u had it and I where there it felt like u had endless supplys of wood. (well if u dont spend money on repairing relicdoors, guess u can afford it)

btw, I have never once known my guild or alliance to recieve advance word on a relic attack on us, without the army being scouted <as is supposed to>

But this might also be due to hibs not being attacked often.

last hib relic raid was spamed over /as hours b4 the raid and there was no1 at albs relic keep when we took it.

can't beleve many ppl would take the time and money to buy another copy of the game and lvl a char in a nme rlm so they can spy when haveing a char in the same rlm is much more usefull but then we're getting into buff bots again there.

I don't know about spies, but this was first relic raid attempt by midgard in 1 and a half weeks, so I doubt the albs have eagle-eyed scouts in hadrians 24/7.

Well anyway I would like to thank all who turned up to make the attempt, this was the first (and perhaps the last) relic raid organised by Redguard. It was only conceived in the early evening by me and Sverker, who are both dismayed by the lack of attempts to win back our relics lately. So we decided to try one ourselves. I now know why there a so few attempts. The only reason I was in charge is because my knowledge of the albion frontier was better than my guildmates.

The whole thing went pretty bad, but I learnt a lot. I now know why no-one wants to organise these things on a regular basis, its very stressful. Recieved a lot of nice advice for next time, if it happens of course, and sorry to the peeps I pissed off in some way or other. I at least tried.

Albs seem to scout Hadrians quite well. There are some people who seem to be dedicated to just standing on the road and waiting for people to come by. When hibs did a small incursion to alb and took a couple keeps. I spotted a scout or some stealther in the middle of road. If we were on a relic raid we would have been scouted.

Poor alb scouts I have to say. 24/7 standing there and waiting for something to happen. Mids are better off with no relics whatsoever.

The more you ignore Emain and hunt in Forest Sausage the more you increase the chance of detection, and ofcourse indirect failure of any raid. We would never have been at excal if you had not have taken berkstead beforehand, which was in our guild's control. Me and steph were on our way to scout berks when we ran into 60 odd mids so go figure

I believe we upgraded the doors to either level 7 or 8.

Theres quite a few alb stealthers take a walk to HW a few times a day. Like your last but one relic raid, i passed a lowbie wiz in hadrians on my way to hib tk, he was heading to mid tk, minute later he died so i turned back and saw 80+ mids charging through HW.

I'd say 20 hours a day theres someone in HW...not the same guy, just like i said, theres always a stealther does a scout run when theyre bored.

BTW - stop crying and go attack the hibs relic. getting bored of all your failed attempts on alb then crying about spies. i remember a killgorde post when hib took mids relic, saying that they backstabbed mids and that theyd be attacking hib none stop.

Have to agree with Aussie, most of the scouting is probably done on enemy realm /as.

I find it really hard to belive that the "rp-farmers no.1" stealthers would go and sit at HW rather then going to emain/odins. I know my fair share of stealthers and they would laugh at you for even suggesting such thing.
