Spellcrafting?

hey mids..

have heard alot of talking about spellcrafting but aint realy been able to find any one knowing more precicely what its about.
would like to see a hp whit wich things you can get and on what.
example: if you have a 99% item i hear you can have more on it than on a 80%.. how does it work?

anyway i think i miss a hp whit:
realm abilities
realm rank steps
and now spellcrafting
