Having serious trouble constructing an OK ToA template on my skald. Biggest trouble are the cloak since I probably never ever will get my hands on a Feathered Wrap and I can't find another cloak without highly overcapping some resists.

So....
Is it possible to spellcraft a tailormade cloak?

they only have 1 imbue point.. so it ain'tmuch help, but it IS possible
