Spell Peircing

Been trying to put together a caster template and am a little confused on Spell Peircing bonus's. Been looking through ToA sites and can't find much information so was hoping that some ppl here know stuff

Basically is there passive sp bonus's on items/arti's are all they all abilities such as on Traldors? Also how does it work, does it grant a %age chance to hit the target with 0 resists or something else?

if u have 10% pierce.. and nuke someone who has 26% resist.. ur nuke would hit him as if he had only 16% resist

exept for people who run around naked or in epic, its no use vs them

with NF here, the amouth of time making a template, its not worth taking over 10% passive (15% active) atm.

It's capped @ 10%, dunno if spells like Zahur's crown/CS take it above 10%.

It's 10% cap, for both active and passive. So you can never get more than 10%.
