getting headaches from wearing specs?
tisnt very common, i think its to do with the brain trying to focus using what its used to, yet its changed so it doesnt quite work...
thing with me is i wear specs and contacts, and say if i switch from the contacts to the specs, everything is spinny and like delayed when looking in a diff direction... but only for like 20 mins until the brain readjusts. Feels exactly like been pissed, tis cool
anyhow, anyone who wears specs and feel they want to try contacts but dont feel they can deal with eye touching, its easy, it really is... i thought the same when i started about 2 weeks ago, but its second nature now, but WELL worth it... specs dont really suit me, so having contacts in is an improvment... very much recommend it
