my speakers give off static noises when they are turned on but the volume is right down. Atm i can hear some sort of music / noises coming from them.. any one why? :<

The static noises are almost certainly dust in the volume pot; the music is almost certainly radio interference.

i noticed mine gave off static noises, what i ended up doing was turning them up on my PC and turning them down on the sub. Stopped the noise

You got snakes in them, if you upgrade to Dolby you will nolonger get the HISS but that means you cant hear when the snakes are abouts to bite you!
