Some nob has got a virus on their computer and spamming a load of address every day. It is a genuine email account as Farcebook finds who it is lol.

Anyways, its an AOL account, is there a contact I can email to tell them to block this user as its doing my tits in now. I get 5 emails a day from this twat. She emailed me and apologised and said she may need to get some "proffesional help" that was two weeks ago.

BITCH :twak:

My own wifey has been hit with something like that recently - found out when I got a shitload of junk from her email address. Sure enough in her (hotmail) account it was all sat there in undeliverable messages.

No infections though on either machine (mine, her laptop) so a bit miffed. Passwords changed though and hoping for the best now...

I heard something about loads of hotmail accounts being hacked and people are sending out tons of emails. Hotmail ban the account so the original owner cant get in to write down their contacts etc

Aye a lot of messages are spoofed. They reach your system without any kind of virus payload so aren't immediately flagged as a threat. Tracking down the real source takes a bit of detective work, usually involving checking the message header and backtracking since the name in the 'sender' part is false.
