Basicly its a free MMO were you fly over the top anime jets and blow stuff to bits, and actully boasts a pvp system based on skill, and GM run dualing events etc, this month i have been taking down giant flying snowmen

ok, i created, logged in etc, loads, gets to the end of the loading bar, and says

"your connection to the server has been lost"

closes.

Was good for 10 minutes then got bored as its like Silkroad and very "samey"

From what i have seen/heard it can get very "grindy" as there are 99 levels and no one except GMs is over lvl 80 afaik, HOWEVER this is the best PVE in a mmo i have seen, ducking diving, performing epic manuvers (cue ghost love score ytmnders know what i mean), blowing stuff up etc, lots of fun, and the pvp looks awesome, as far as paying goes you can pay to get things like one shot buffs that give you increased EXP for a short period of time or 6% more damage, as you can see not excatly game breaking, you can also pay to have a spinning logo above your head or to get fancy trails from your missiles, and thats purely visual. However it has been said that the game itself will remain free forever.

the game is new and in "beta" so there are some client problems but the forums can help you sort them out in no time.

I popped Crimson Skies in my 360 after watching some youtube movies of it... thanks guys forgot what a cool game that was!
