That's a little inaccurate... SP1 contained every fix and pack until its release, SP2 does the same, meaning it contains every patch and fix for Windows XP since it went RTM, including Service Pack 1/1a and everything it brought.Shovel said:Correcto
SP2 "Network Install" (260 Meg) contains every single patch for Windows since Service Pack 1 was released. Which is a lot. It's a waste, as if you keep your system up to date it wont install much.

Well the link I supplied earlier in the thread was to a full downloadable copy of WindowsXP SP2 - so I guess you'd burn it to CD by putting the file onto a CD-R using XP's built in CD burning support and hitting the write buttonGengi said:n0ob time, how exactly do you do that ?
Do you need to use something different to the auto update ? I have never seen a 'do you want to save this and where' dialogue when using the auto update facility.
