SP2 Annoyance..

Ok. So I downloaded SP2, now whenever I download an exe file and try to run it I get a "Open File - Security warning" dialog box. It basically says "Are you sure you want to run this. It might be a virus." I can see that this could be useful for people who don't know what they're doing. But I know what I want to run. I double clicked it for a reason!

Does anyone know how to turn off this "feature"?
