Soul Reavers are Radar abusing

I Caught Mezzmerizin Melodies 3 days ago with his hand down the cookie jar. Being a stealther is very helpfull to spot radar abusing wankers, so the other day when I was in Odins, A rl friend of mine Droopster and me was moving out in odins....he was going to Uppland and i was heading to border of Odins/jamtland to kill some animals for me malice cause i was bored. We had just gotten past AMG in odin....I stayed stealthed and he went out of stealth to move ahead, I had just about cleared the brown land infront of amg and my mate was heading up the first hill SE of AMG. I then spotted 1fg hibs coming from N, they were heading straight for droopster which was abit suspeciously since i deemed him out of sight from the hib group, but everyone can be lucky. They caught droopster just over the top of the first hill SE of amg even though i yelled at him to stealth (he was sitting next to me irl) but to late!!!...Well i thought it was abit suspecious, so i stood behind the first tree on zone wall E side of odins, and unstealthed. Surely enough on droopsters screen the hib group stuck up to Mezzmerizin and headed straight towards me, where i was standing behind a tree out of sight from both tree and hill....I stealthed and moved and hib group arrived to a spot, 2 meters behind where i had stealthed, Mezzmerizin faced the tree and then moved around and looked for me. Now we all know there are freak occurances in this game and you can get lucky but from playihng this game for over 2 years and have spent countless hours in rvr as a stealther i tell you all...This guy is 100 procent radar abusing, and his group mates will have to know about it or must be the dumbest people alive...So I want to know what the guild Soul Reavers will do about this ??? do you wait for this guy to be banned by GOA or will you take action and show how we should treat radar abusing wankers like this!!!!

The guy is Rank 1 in the guild...so yes i will bring disrepute to his guild, as he is supposed to be one of the guys who take charge of which way the guild is heading...He obviously belives the radar way.

sure, even though u can't even be 100% sure he IS really radar using so u might give a bad rep. to a person which actually did nothing than pan the cam and fyi, trees are much thinner in ToA than in SI so you can see ppl hiding behind.

why not bring his guild into it....? afterall its their banners he is wearing proudly.... I for one, if I find anyone using Radar in the guild im in 'Synergy' I would leave right now... same as if I see anyone using it... Guilds should take responsiblity more... Sounds like some of you like having the GM title of a guild, but refuse to police your own guild....

Its hard enough fighting Hibs as it is, throw in Radar and its like trying to tank GOA with mithra weapons....

If your 95% sure, send it to Rightnow and let them investigate it... rather than post it here, if he was using radar, he sure wont now... and thus when or if GOA choose to investigate, he wont get banned... and will take up Radar'ing in a few weeks...

Crying Wolf, and flogging GOA with suspect Radar abusers... will get us nowhere, so make sure your atleast 95% sure, and either have evidence, or this isnt the first time... Being a stealther is ideal though, as you clearly get to see how groups move, who leads the group and the reaction of if you unstealth in a tree out of clipping range... but be careful, if your in a tree, your rank title might pop out and you can clearly be seen... as with TOA trees and SI trees enabled... you think your hiding in the tree but really your fat arse is poking out the side !

Well then it comes down to credibility, if you find my story untrustworthy or lacking in detail then there is not alot I can do. But when a High Council (just below guildmaster rank) acts this way, I do believe his actions portray the guild as a whole. You are entitled to disagree but that is my viewpoint. The rest of story is how i percieved what happened, by watching my friends and my own screen, from thousands of hours in rvr (and yes experience like that DO count). All you can do is to believe im trying to be honest or discard me as one of the people out to flame people for fun.

Brommix people that doesnt play stealther doesnt know how easy it is for us to see people using radar. there is a few good radar user's that you cant be sure of might not be radar. BUT there is also a few that is extreamly obvius.
Blindguardian/warhead is bad radar users, to obvius..

its getting to the point where everytime somebody dies in an odd place they blame radar. once you (brommix) and Alpha found me in an odd place (i was lost and well off the beaten track) but shit happens, i didnt start crying radar because these things happen.
I am not saying radar doesnt exist or that nobody uses it because ofc they do, if there is a cheat going some people will use them - its human nature.

I hope when we get NF Goa do the same thing mythic do, but this time perma ban them and list their names on the goa site.

Besides, given how often I have roamed with Beeks and never found a fekin thing, he must be fekin useless at using it!

As Raven says people should not throw around such accusations without something to back it up. It's all too easy to claim abuse just cause you got your ass whipped.

This just goes to show, how hard it is to actually see whos using radar and whos not.... and what you can do, by accusing someone and ruining your reputation....

I have a magic list, at the moment, it consists of 7 hibs 4 mids and 2 alb... im pretty much 100% sure these all use radar... why wont I name and shame?... because im going to wait and get Fraps running so I can prove exactly who is and who isnt using Radar ! Best way is with my Scout... so if you see Amamoo, wave as your on camera ! :touch:

This argument is just gettin older and older. Its true that when u gonna say someone is radar abuser u gotta b really careful as u can give a person bad reputation. U cant really b 100% sure when saying someone is radar abusing.

But whats really gettin scary is the amount of ppl rumoured 2 use radar. Ive both encountered groups from mid/hibs and been in groups where ive thought the driver been using radar. From what i have heard and seen lately this matter is gettin out of hand. GoA/Mythic should start acting before more ppl cba with lamers using hacks and either leave the game or join the hack-abusers.

btw out of view? look if ur unstealthed and within Clipping theres no definite out of view.
