Their lawsuit doesn't have enough evidence against Sony. If they're going to try and sue them, they might aswell be sueing every other company there is.. Sony will win.

Well as an idea it has been around, but i dont think that there was actually any software that could make use of more threads at once at that time.. Not sure tho :>
