Well, i recently got a movie on the computer. It's .avi - Tried VLC, WMP, DivoCodec, 3wPlayer - No success. Any of you buys reccomend me something that will play it?

It's something to do with a codec that compressed to film or something. God knows!!

Yes, if vlc doesnt play it then the file is most likely bugged - vlc has compiled decoders into it so no need to install anything :>

GSpot will tell you what codec is needed to play it. Although I'd go with b0rkedness, never found a file that VLC couldn't play that wasn't broken. :)

Most of the time VLC will even have a good go at partial/broken downloads too.
