Guys could really use your help,

Been trying to find a gem for a long time now... tried allakhazam and all that type of places but to no avail...

I remember Trollum teh great thane had one on mid/pry and it gave 20% Buffbonus.

If anyone could tell me where to find such a thing i would be very glad
