Just been reading on how the BBC are investigating Top Gear for Jeremys Nazi crack and another investigation launched against Gordon Ramseys F-word for killing turkeys on TV

Is it me or is the country populated by compainling sniveling idots. The F-word turkey thing was very informative and had ample warnings that the turkeys would be killed. And Top gear is the last bastion of non P.C programming on the BBC.

Seems like an over reaching Ofcom and BBC that deem that anything that is funny or informative about things we don't see shouldn't be shown.

Programmes like goodness gracious me, Little britain etc all look at themselves with self depreciating humour, the Germans don't have a sense of humour, maybe they should realise that Nazi germany was in the past and that instead of dwelling on it they should progress.

Next we'll be told that making jokes about the Romans is out of bounds because their empire klled and oppresed people....

I don't know anything about the Top Gear thing but I would like to point out that the Nazi Germany thing wasn't all that long ago, some people who experienced it are still alive. What the Romans did was bloody ages ago and has little to no bearing on people's lives anymore and, as such, is a poor comparison to National Socialism.

The problem is down to goverment run regulatory bodies. The "Of" crowd. They force the businesses they regulate to take every single complaint seriously or face hefty fines.

This means that every moaning, oxygen wasting twat has a voice and a fairly large one at that.

Unortunately the BBC dont get to separate the complaints into "bored pensioners and hermits" and "valid points".

I'm not in the slightest bit interested in politics but bring back the Conservatives! Labour seems obsessed with empowering every sector of society except for the ones with common sense. Prosecuting people for protecting children from other children? Such nonsense starts at the top, lets have some sane people in power for a change.
