I have played a healer on mid/pryd for 3 years and still think it is alot of fun and a challenge. Now when we Euro players are at the brink of launching NF it would be fun to play on the hib side for a while. I started my career as an ikkle dorf that lived in Spindellhalla and Darkness Falls inching me to 50 the old hard and long way. After 100 days I shifted from pac48/mend24 to mend40/pac36 and I never regretted doing so. Uptodate I have gotten to RR6 and ML10 SoJ, but our guild are not into hard core playing so the trikle of RP has been kind of slow (might say I also enjoy pve alot)

Can some friendly hibernian suggest a healing class and viable spec that would be "similar" to a high mend with lower CC posibilites. I am not planning a permanet move to excal but I intend to play hib 1 day a week at least.

Thanks for any constructive input given here,

buffshears,

low lvl ae root spam, for interrupts,

pet,

slash vulnerable instead of resistant armor

I think the spec u are looking for is 40 regrowth and 36 nature, is the closest spec to your healer spec in mid ;) .

The spec Ojaas first mentioned is the best one i know atm, and have stayed that spec for a good few months now, as it gives you the second best pet, a decent aoe root and dot, you get all the single shears and still enough healing power.

39 nurt, 31 reg, 20 nat is by far my favourite too.

The 20 nature is for the low CCroot/interrupt/pet interrupt you were probably looking for.....

yes thats close to anything with CC >_<?

but as already mentioned it is the nature spec that has insta single/aoe roots and aoe root, pet, dot dmg shield and what not ;p only spec for druids that provides CC

if you wanna mez tho, roll bard ;O

resists + buffshears?
aint the point, he asked for a spec that can be compared to a healer with mend/pac
then a reg/nat druid or a bard maybe the thing he looks for
the spec u suggest is more for a shammy kind of player
