I bought Zone Alarm and I have it turned off most of the time. Those annoying alerts seem to pop up every time I start a game completely farking it up.

WindowsXP built-in firewall is the best imo. Heard there are a few holes in it, but it seems to block everything fine and hasn't really shown any weaknesses I've noticed. It's also completely non-intrusive which is quite remarkable for microsoft... and given that it's free it has to be a winner.

I've always used ZA, but may be moving onto my routers firewall instead, if I cba to set it up
