Socerer Staff of Tab'Fren

Any one else apart from me got one of these? Mine seems to be faulty cos the proc has never gone off and i like tanking hibs GOA say their usual nothing is wrong wel have a look though.

Anyone else got the same problem with a Tab'Fren (not nes. sorc version)

according to what you say, the staff is working perfectly.

the proc never gos off in melee! as it should from the delve info.

but it's an infinite charge - Xintyl was actually somewhat disappointed to find this out as being an earth theurgist staffing things to death is quite common

Just cos your a bloody mod, i know its an infinite charge now, but the delve looks identical to a normal proc on a weapon so was somewhat confussled.
