WTF is this bullshit that ITV is advertising? Soap Star Lives

NOBODY FUCKING CARES! I couldn't give a rats left testical about Kevin 'Curly Watts' Kennedy's life. So shut the fuck up generic presenter Vorderman and get the fuck off my TV! And I mean physically! (BT phone call reference)

TV is utterly dire, and has been for some time. I only watch the occaisional show and films now.

I download em off of Dalnet - only watch 3 proggys now: Buffy, Angel & Smallville, with the very occassional Enterprise ep.

I only watch Friends, Family Guy, The Sopranos and the Fresh Prince of Bel Air now. Oh and a lot of Sky. Trouble, the Extreme Channel and the music channels all rock.

When my missus was into soaps a few years back I was struck by the fact that when you see these actors being interviewed they a often exactly like the character they represent, in fact, apart from the show being scripted they are not acting, they are just "being themselves".

I find it funny that Babs Windsor of Eastenders finally gets to act as a gangland moll as well as being a real-life one.

Ya I know about Futurama, that also sux, but I was listening to radio 5(ahem) the other day and they were on about Matt Groening wanting to stop before he made a "shark jumping" episode(referring to Happy Days when Fonzi jumped over a shark on water ski's), I got the distinct impression that there ain't many more Simpsons to be made
