That too. Old classic cars looks much better than the spaceships which are being manufactured these days

As for classic cars, I would go for an American muscle car over pretty much anything. Though I would have to have a modernish Aston too.

Don't mind me, just trying to calculate how many high class prostitutes i'd get and for how long and if a car is worth it.

High class escort in amsterdam; "The price per hour will usually be €300 to €350."

Price of a P1; 1.1mil€.

That's 2750 hours of high class escort(counted at 400€ to be fair).

If you count 4 hours per day for that(honestly who can stand women longer) you get 687(ish) days of high class escort "girlfriend experience"(including smoochy sexytime) with the price of one P1.

Now, this is a quaranteed sex anytime "GF" of the hottie persuasion that you can call over any time and will most likely gladly make you a sammich if you so desire, for nearly 2 years(5 years if you only see her 3 times a week) that you acn change the outlook of simply by picking another escort from a list. BAsically a tunable GF at your beg and call.

Yeap, screw the car.

That, my friend, is a most compelling argument. I bet a wife would cost more as well, and be less interested in 3somes with other girls.

I've often daydreamed about what I'd do if I won the same amount of money as that couple in the NE (£140m IIRC).

This would be my day to day car:

With much of the rest, I'd pay for the restoration of my local canal (between £30-50m) and then fund a big network of fully-segregated cycling infrastructure across Greater Manchester. These would be two things that would make a huge difference to the lives of thousands of people across the region. Much better than simply bunging it at a charity IMO.

I don't think I'd keep more than a few million for myself and friends.

Not really a fan of the car, but the offer to spend the money on the restoration work is very commendable young Thomas.

Fair play

I'd get myself a nice upgraded Volkswagen bus and just cruise anywhere and everywhere. The decision is part due to my awesome memories and sweet sweet love towards that specific car and the look of surprise when I park outside the trendiest places in town. It's about the message!

I know a lot of people would buy a big mansion and a boat, but I can't see myself being happy with either. I'd have a nice house with plenty of land in a decent area (so a few million), savings, and some nice toys. Restoring a canal or converting a dismantled railway to a superb cycle lane would be a job in itself, so that's the "employment" sorted.

I just think while bunging a local charity a million quid might be fantastic for them, that the results would be largely invisible. Better to spend any money on something that everyone can enjoy, something that will promote health and wellbeing and which will give people jobs.

How could anyone ever say any Porsche has any style or class. They have the same style and class they had in the 40's and nothing has changed. McLaren P1 for me.

I wouldn't get any of them. If i'm gonna spend hundreds of thousands of pounds on a car i'd get one i could use all year around, not just when the weather permitted it.

Personally i'd probably get the Bentley Continental GT Speed.

/edit: Or if i absolutely HAD to get one i'd rather have the Lexus LFR, wouldn't care if it was overpriced and had no cup holders or Iphone connector..

I like the P1 but in reality the new Aston Vanquish would be my main choice.

No, you wouldn't go anywhere. They're unreliable shitheaps. They break CONSTANTLY. They're expensive to maintain. They're awful to drive and shit slow.
We had one for a decade. Broke down once, and it was the car I learned to drive in. See if I care!
