Question So, XBOX then

I would like to buy a XBOX 360 but I really don't care about the online aspect and would like to pay as little as possible for the console itself.

Would the Arcade version be ok for just playing single player games, fable and what not?

Yep it will work fine but spend £10 and get a second hand 20gb hard drive off ebay for the best experience. Some games benefit massively from a hard drive install.

Yeah I completly agree about installing to hard drive, to many times I've had scratched disks where the Xbox has screwed me over and rendered them un-playable.

I'm selling my xbox 360 (almsot brand new as sent it back to Microsoft and got a new replacement) with mucho games.
