So what there saying is that we actually cant do massive RvR? And to fix this they are gonna sort out the response time, ie having some bloke sitting on his ares all night ready to press the reset button? instead of fixing the game itself, ie stopping to many people entering a zone or looking at sorting out hardware?

Game-wise there's not alot they can do, Mythic are the publishers, so if such a fix is required only they could implement it. And even if they did, it'd be some months before we see it.
