What the hell is a "diamond mob" ???

I've seen this term banded around on the VN boards a lot and it's even starting to crop up in european DAoC now. I feel so old and confused, I can't keep up with the latest trends for what you young whipper-snappers keep calling things!!

unless of course were talking about diamond miner slave mobs in some dungeon or other , but a df mob would be my guess.

Yes, diamond mobs are diamond-droppers from DF. Succubi, nightmares, crawlers typically - rather than the less common diamond droppers...

Ya that was what I first thought, but it seemed a bit silly to class them like that afterwards. The context was that people were talking about being able to "solo diamond mobs" with <insert class of the month here> and I realised... hey, that doesn't mean anything, mobs dropping diamond seals range from yellow?/orange-con-to-50 through to the deep purple of legion... twink a 45+ char up a bit and they should be able to solo them no problem.

guess would be on diamond mobs in DF to...and lowest isn't red theres plently of orange
