Thing is: I, as a Mid, often run in a fg in HW. We can usually have a nice fg vs fg fight with Hibs. But the second you see a stealther getting killed by an alb, you know it's over. Praise the albion defenders!

Not saying it's a bad thing defending the realm, it's as it should be. But it's usually Albs that make FG vs FG impossible in HW, not the other realms.

Like Rtoo said, we hardly ever run 2fg's and so what I meant was to stand a chance against MM, BO, PE etc as 1fg vs 1fg we needed the RP's.

You are right about the albs in HW when we ran in 2fg's though. We killed 3fg's (ish) at mmg before we took Beno, and that was the last we saw of them.

The ironic thing about this post is it was intended as some light relief from the usual boring zerg whine threads. Seems it has turned into another one.

3 - it just ruins fun for people, had this 'defending the realm' 3 nights in a row late last week/earler this week - x amount albs camping the mg - i /lreleased and shortly after /q

every action has a reaction as the saying goes - just my 2 cents worth and what i have been able to make out over the last little while

Naa 175k for 7 warders so about 25k each if easyer like that.

I agree (Penitent) u should team up if u find it to hard to kill 1 fg alone. 2fg v a rvr guild is fine and can be fun .
But when u stand behind a milegate having casters 1 side tanks infront ect is like fighting 4fg we loose ½ power just getting through the gates, back up stop camping and lets fight, lets not turn MMGH into a keep that must be defended. Ungrouped people will run to milegates and camp but over 30 people it should be possible to fix groups and run around.

Tbh im pleased if nothing else at severance coming to HW and some of the Mid RvR guilds ive had alot of fun in previous weeks there with group battles.

And i agree be it albs mids or hibs being on the receiving end of zergs is no fun for anyone.

I hope u will still try to come to HW if it keeps up long enough it may becomea regular nice RvR zone and that may take some weight off the more popular ones. After all HW has some great ambush spots and aplces to battle.
