Over the past few months people have been quiting everyday,
rvr is just pure bridge camping and there dont seem to be much action anymore :<

If they don't remove nf soon imo it will be dead nothing more boring for a visual solo player to get a boat to another realm to get steam rolled need o/f back remove the portal there bring hibs closer to the albs/mids.

Seriuosly doubt daoc will die down until warammer gets out in stores. People have to get a fix for their adiction and daoc is still doing that for them
Also it seems majority are enjoying themself. I have been in a period now were i lost motivation and so with game. Quite tired of it, but i still play it
I just gonna focus on doing stuff i really like in game.
The soloing part have been very hard for me lately for some reason. So gonna concentrate on getting eld ready.

Daoc is fucking shit, rvr is a shadow of what it used to be..the only reason I keep playing is so I can get my minstrel to rr10 :| But thats difficult with the bridge camping stealth zergs or irvr superzergs..and away from the bridges or irvr theres fuck all to kill.

I wasn't "lecturing", I was merely saying how self-destructive it is to carry on doing something you hate. A prime example of how people play daoc simply out of addiction.

My daytimes are filled with a job...productive, fun and gives more money for beer and gigs!

I'm still enjoying Daoc loads. Have played all 3 realms now, and i'm just circulating round trying new things out.

Daoc will still go until WAR at least imo. Theres just nothing else out there atm that even comes close to Daoc.

You're gf is at uni from 5-11? Most students I know barely have to get out of bed to get a degree, let alone be on campus after 3pm!

Most people have that spot to "fill", but imo, fill it with things you enjoy, not things you are "used" to doing just because it's been normality the past few years. New friends, new hobbies, new opportunities.
