blah.... I liked St.Kilda immediately.

You rate St Kilda over Bondi, Coogee or Manly beach? St Kilda is a tiny strip of sand and is covered in trash - both the people and the items. Water and waves were crappy and there were tons of jellyfish. I was massively disappointed.

Anyhoo, each to their own eh? It's awesome that Oz has such variance of landscapes and stuff.

Never said anything about Coogee or Manly (I love Manly - if I lived in Sydney that's where I'd like to stay), just that Bondi is hyped up the world over as this amazing beach and its just a fucking awful hole full of Dublin backpackers. I didn't go to St.Kilda for the beach (in fact I rarely saw water), just the nightlife.
