So...B2, B1...no bee?

Old news but i don't think it's bee-n asked here. Anything happening to bees in your country?

This summer, i've only seen two of them fuzzy bumblebees and those two were dead on the ground. And that's it. Usually there's hordes.

Also, at my aunts place, there was around 200 bees dead around a tree.

Something definetaly is going on with bees, are we seeing a mass extinction of bees?

Also i've seen a couple of new flies around finland, with a striped bottom half. Not unlike one bees have, so i'm thinking, if bees infact are dropping off the face of the earth, are flies becoming the new spike-less pollenspreaders?

Have had less and less in the UK (Atleast in Surrey) this year, I've we've all noticed more flying ants. Which is pissing me off, as I hate ants as it is, so flying ones make me want to cry.

to cold for them i think. shame really because it helps pollinate flowers and whatnot.

I just killed one actuelly. But I must admit that there a very few out this year (so far)

Seems there has been a 70% decrease in the number of bees in the last 30 years.

Company I work for has had a initiative running for a while to try and encourage farmers to plant bee friendly crops around the edges of their fields. Seems they get the seeds for this for free.
