newsflash people, nobody is forcing you to fight at keeps, the new frontiers are bigger and better than emain, there is far more to do if you use your imagination. NF is what daoc has needed for the last year/18 months

The Zergs themselves weren't that annoying today. But....Well i tried to get a Hib Zerg together to retake something and all we did was 2 Mass lds. The second mass ld happened close to Behnn. Half of the Zerg who didn't lded started to attack one of the Towers and the other half got killed after they logged in by the inc Albs. The Tower Hibs got killed a few Minutes after.

And if you go afk for 2 mins at a keep, you will be dead when you get back :/

It will settle when albs/mids learn there is another realm to attack. Old habits die hard and it doesn't change overnight but it will change.

Well i tried to get a Hib Zerg together

At the time you got to Da Behnn there were over 200 albs in the zone. From what I could see you were badly outnumbered - even without the LDs that both sides suffered from.

Seems hibs had a hard time of it tonight: both Mids & Albs zerging their keeps with far greater numbers than hibs could get together. Rather unfair but things will move to Alb/Mid soon enough Im sure.

And to Allways: that mid zerg of 50+ was actually 80+ according to the guard spam

This has nothing to do with open rvr, which will hopefully remain the same once the albs find something that resembles a mile gate to stand around. But if you think you need to use that many people to defend/take keeps then frankly you really do need a boost by mythic.

well its no fun for anyone like that. I expected the mid numbers that showed but albs were through the roof. At one point i was defending a tower with friends and it was a losing battle but fun going and was making rps while losing. Then 3fg more appeared whilst there was equal numbers of albs attacking two other positions :/

It will settle when people spread out more, but i hardly see how numbers like that make it fun for albs also. I personally, and im sure others share the same view; that it isn't actually that fun to topple like that and would rather split off.

But i stand by my first reply i did actually enjoy opening night, its a lovely add-on to the game!

It's first night of NF what do you expect? Geez, out to whine already.
If you hadn't realised albs were on a keep take run (we had 2 hib keeps when i logged out 2 hours or so ago).

As for mids being outnumbered 100 to 50, heh you must have some counting problems, it was much closer to equal numbers (at nGed bridge), it's just that you guys had a mass LD when we turned around to face you on the bridge.

I reckon the hibs would love to know which of their classes is over-powered.

Animist nerfed and with their toons a loser on range wars and mezz wars not sure which one is so good it is over-powered.

then they got bored of teamwork, bored of 'realm duty' and started playing with their toys in df

i actually heard they hanged everyone who tried to bring order to the chaos too :touch:

not sure about the end of gorre, stopped playing it a few weeks ago, but after a fortnight or so, mid had 3 str relics and hib had 3 pow relics

moral of the story is: :kissit:

Bored of teamwork and realm duty...lmfao..it was a test server..they tested what having all relics and keeps was like. And lack of working together didnt lose them, the realm/relic reset did that.

I think it was more like we took all the relics...Mythic/GoA got pissed//reset them...to give mids and hibs a chance to enjoy them. As for whining about the alb zerg..tough shit...i was part of it, and i was using evry char i had for some fun. Hell, its new (apart from gorre). I want to enjoy it as much as the next person...at least i can go to bed happy knowing that i enjoy NF. Raven will go to bed dreaming of the alb zerg and cursing under his breath. QQ. I can now take my armsman out to have fun.
I even had a few kills with my necro..and that is unusual for me.
