If mythic make housing cost between 1-10 plat its gonna become a fecking riot figthing over whos gonna place the houses and the house zone will be full within a matter of minutes of the patch going live.

Make it cost 1-3 mithril and it will make the guilds really have to pull togther and collectivly farm cash.

Will also stop all the power mongers making there own 1 man guilds just so they can have there own house too.

I remeber having 20 plat in the vault. with the following
Wormskin wrap (offered 10 plat)
Another Wrap (offered 10 plat)
2 ebops offered 6 plat pre SC
Legion Tank vest 3 plat
Legion Ranger Vest 3 plat
Legion LW hammer 4-5 plat
LEgion LW sword 4-5 plat
loads of other goodies to
Guess I was worth close to 1 mithril. But I am sure theres people on hibernia that are literally rolling in it.
Now I have giving most of my stuff away including one of my wormskin wraps and have about 1 plat in the vault

hardly can believe ur proud of this
starting a lill collection of legion drops and keepin em away from your own realm
way to go

i myselve am always out of money
but around a 25plat at least must have been givin away
weither its for donating to a crafter or for repairing relic/keep doors or even givin away free rams+wood

What I fail to understand is the fact you got at least 6 Legion-drops in your VAULT. Why not give them away to guildies who can use it? Or sell it, if you want money

Highest I had was 4.5 plat; which all went through the drain with skilling up in SC'ing

In 'some' cases you can do a cash-transfer to another without loosing the money you give, but the other does get it.

Basically you got a money-machine then. Give or take 20 transfers later (depends on start-amount) you are both too rich..

I know from the US dirty-tricks like that where abused and Mythic did, in the end, look up all cash on characters and decided 'which was out of order' had to be removed.

Some dudes in my guild there where smart and had only created like 10 plat which is perfectly possible on a lvl 50 char...

There are also bugged items for sale: Listprice is like 30g, but you buy them for 10s, but you can sell em back to 15g.

Another good one is the exploiting of quest-mobs who drop no matter what (Hoges Family in Albion for instance). 5 yellow/orange-con mobs (sometimes red/low-purple). Go there with 3 tanks, ice-wiz, PBT, cleric and a random char who needs XP and you can literally farm them. Think if you're fast you can farm them up to 30 rounds/hour. Some even drop plate, which is worth alot to salvage.

It's funny when people say that "Give loots to friends, guilds or realmies!" and then when they get new stuff they keep their old stuff in the vault until the stuff is green and moldy.

Not sure how Legion loot is divided within Hibernia, but someone should keep track of who gets what drops, and if they can actually use the drops. Although most of the time Legion drops are not insane (if compared to the new uber drops from SI epic dungeons) they will still be better than mp sc'd gear.
I do find hoarding Legion drops a bit selfish.

feck off fl_gorre u prick, there was no need to sneak in that little low blow to me danglies. All the legion drops I got I earnt, and they were on characters that could use them. Most now have been given away. Queensbury rules FFS ref. That comment particulary hurts as I have pumped a shit load of legion items into hibernia, prolly more than any one player in the history of daoc.

That's all very nice mate, but you have been completely vague about the details.

1. In exactly what circumstances can one char transfer cash to another without losing it? Location and full details please.

2. Exactly what items can be bought for 10s that should cost 30g?

The skald one stacks poorly with his dmg-chant and is not much dmg.

no, ichor and PR really do own.. if mid grp with shammy has ichor, its 15mins timer 1875 instant ae root with dmg... thats uber.

PR is definitely uber, when u spend 1min bashing on a zerk only to have him fully restored with no ressick is sooo nice (for you).

don't forget: BAOD = zerkers kill chanter = no baod. happens aaaaal the time.

GP rocks.

imo albs have the best RAs.. sos, bof, armsman huge grp AF boost, pala grp instant, friars uber one which kills a meleer fast as a zerk in zerkmode..

The 150 plat limit is for trade only, you cannot trade more money at the same time. You can have much more on you at any given time, though. (If I'm not mistaken this was even mentioned in a grab bag). After there was some ruccus about a money-bug in some patch mythic checked all US chars and noone had 1Mithril.
