Got so much snow I almost didn't get home!

my flat is shit for insulation and uses storage heaters.
i went and bought some radiators like a normal person though. i cant understand why you would force your self to live in the cold when its as simple as going to argos and buying a ten quid heater.

nah. the two storage heaters have a consumption of 3.3kw/h x 7 hours a night = 21kw/h x 2 = 42kw/h a night to use 2 storage heaters. that is a cost of £2.50 ish. they give off zero heat and the shit they do give off is when im not at home. electricity is half price at night.

My halogen lamp heater has a consumption of up to 1.8 kw/h and my radiator uses up to 3kw/h. if i sat next to my radiator even for 10 hours during the day thats a cost of about £3. i could run my halogen heater for nearly 20 hours for the same price as one shitty storage heater.

I remember when I was a kid, snow was pretty much a given, whether I agree with the science behind climate change or not, a lot has changed that I can see for my own eyes from when I was a kid!!

I remember when I was a kid... damn I was awesome. Of course, then I went through years of being bullied, lied to, cajoled, cocooned, coralled and crapped on. Now I have no self esteem, no ambition and no passion. I think nostalgia was better in the olden days.

Snow was poor quality after work and we only had potatoes for eyes and a red chilli for a nose. Our flat backs on to the center of town so lots of people get to see our wonderful handiwork atleast.
