Edinburgh is buried. I made in into work for 8am on my bike, but not many car drivers made it in. Interesting cornering, but great fun.

I think we've got about 3 inches on the ground, and a bit of drifting powder. I'm not looking forwards to the slushy cycle home though.

Any snow where you are?

Really? Over here on Pleasance/Holyrood it's not really settling at all. Though there's tons coming down there isn't really anything much on the ground.

There is plenty in Slateford, and its the same all the way out to the Gyle. It must just be that little bit warmer further in.

I'm ten miles inland from Edinburgh - the conditions here are dreadful, a good 5/6 inches of snow and much deeper where it has drifted.

Just drove home from my gf's and it was a nightmare, thought I was going to get stuck.

Gritters ruin the fun. This main road in front was queued up to hell 'cause all the snow was sticking, and they've closed the motorway behind so everyone has to come through town .

I walked my dog to the park this morning, lots of big hills at my local park so lots of people on sleds.

The only sleding I got to do was on my backside down a hill chasing after my dog.

Now am nice and dry with a cup of tea thank god

It'll start to melt into late Monday/early Tuesday, it's a warm front (thus precipitation) hitting cold air - hence the snow, but the air behind it is much warmer so it'll turn to rain in time.
