Because the rain is evil and does not give the snow a chance :(

Same here, except replace "a lot" with "a little bit that turned to slush in a few minutes".

Been having snowstorms here in Sweden, with peoples electricity being cut off and utter chaos on the roads.

Still kinda nice as long as you're safely indoors huggling the computer ;)

Up here (Aberdeen) yesterday there was shit loads of it. 4-5 inches. Today most of it has been rained off and so its just bloody cold without the snow :(

I got back from Canada a few days ago where we saw tons of snow and there was even icicles hanging off Niagara Falls!

Back in boring old England now the closest we will see here will be some slugdy mess on teh sides of the roads :(

Tons of snow here in Tampere, Finland.
Spent 4½ hours plowing it away from in front of our house today... it's just a bit too cold still, for my liking. It's merely -15.6 (will go below -30 in the beginning of the year), but apparently christmas weather will be ideal with clear skies and a cozy -1 to -2 celcius.
Nothing is better than the occasional rally in the winter :D
Getting rid of snow in yards etc. is the downside :p

EDIT: It was -37 in the north of Finland earlier today.

Gah, we've not had snow down here for a couple of years... I vote the next person who has snow needs to take us a photo and share the experience... Question is, where's it going to snow first? :)

The next person, not any who have it already?
Oh well, I might take on picture tomorrow anyway, or the day after. Should be more by then... as if we don't have it enough already :p
