you dont need to get GoV , you could use GSV.
My previous template used 2 krojer dex rings, 2 ebon hide bracers, harpy charm , paidrean necklace for jewelry

and i had a pretty decent template

i made a new one with gov , but i camped it for 15h to get it ... i didnt pay 40p for it...

And i solo all the time, its not that hard. I know you get steamrolled all the time from experience, but in the end you get a few kills.
I'm sure ppl want to group with you (guildies f.e.)

edit: i can see that you want all resists to be capped.
to be frank, put the points you put in matter and energy in CD and
Pierce and try to cap all your armour pieces to 38%
maybe drop dreamsphere for sumfin with more utility

Also ML2.10 vest has very high utility if your not looking for an arti vest, it shouldn't be that expensive to buy either.

for sniper template:
GSV/Mariasha's gloves/Gem of Lost memories/Braggerts bow(or immolated)

that gives you maxed range/dmg you can get using arti's

then you also need to work in 10% firing spd, get 26 dex cap for max dmg.

If you use braggerts you got 9% dmg & immolated gives 6% dmg

say you're rr5, you looking at about 1070 capped critshot with Braggarts and about 120x with Immolated

Spec wise, I would say 50 bow, 30 stealth (you're sniper specced), 36 PF(2nd last dmg add) defo 25+ pierce & atleast 18 CD. But you could drop bow to 45 bow & only lose 10 points of dmg so crit would be 1060 braggerts & 119x with immolated.

Oh and defo go luri & aim for 400+ dex to cap 2k wpnskill
