on topic, I've become completely addicted to a "farmers bread" made by these guys: http://www.baeckerei-gruber.at/

it's a very dark bread about the size of two buns that weighs as much as a brick. it's based on sourdough, contains rye, wheat and a shitload of fruits and nuts. It's rather keto-unfriendly so I treat it like candy really, carving a thin slice off every time I do some sporty stuffs as a snack for after. omg it's delish 0_o
