carp are found in rivers and possibly lakes as for templates, I dont think fish need templates:/

I have one But have re-installed OS so its all gone. I am redoing it as we speak with the new Sigill Bonus + some other arties i found to be nececcary.

Winged Helm stats Suxorz Mucho however.

You wanna opt for dmg out im my book rather then survivability (depends on spec ofc but with 26 in rej you have 2xIP2)

Hence you want/need
+11 Smite
GoV 4% magic dmg
JS 5% pierce
AT 5% pierce
101 Dex
101 Pitey

For survival i would go
EP
Crafted parts for omni proc / sidi heal
300+ hits
75+ con
CTR
BoZ (if i can fit it in)

You need a full inv of Pow/End regen pots + long wind 1/2 (MCL/Serenity would be nice but there are so much that is needed before)

Not seen one recently but there were some 25% duration cleric templates so that moc3 stun lasted full duration aswell as longer mezz/snare and other assorted goodies, you would need nice rogs though.

True! +Dur is very desireable but think your stuck with the 10% you get from most "caster" temps. Since if your gonna make a temp it should consist of reproduceable items and not "rog" drops.
